The new location – Gorzów Wielkopolski – has appeared on the map of retail parks developed by Acteeum. Together with SHOPP.CITY S.A. Acteeum will engage there in a new project in the Power Center format, growing it dynamically from the development and commercialization side. Gorzów Power Center is the largest and the only shopping center of this type to be constructed in the region, offering over 20,000 m² of GLA space on a large, perfectly connected plot and 800 parking spaces. The project has a valid building permit and its construction is planned for the second half of 2022, while the opening of the facility is planned for the second half of 2023.

Taking on the unique market demand for retail parks, Acteeum enriches its portfolio with another project of this type, in addition to the facilities currently under development in Koszalin, Ostróda and Siemianowice Śląskie. This time, the project is located in Gorzów Wielkopolski, where Acteeum will develop it together with SHOPP.CITY S.A.

– Our new project, Power Center in Gorzów, in which we are responsible for the development of the retail park, perfectly fits the market needs and our portfolio of already open and currently developed projects in the Power Center format. Therefore, we are very happy to be able to work on it together with SHOPP.CITY S.A. and we are already vigorously growing it in terms of development and commercialization. We are convinced that, like our projects in Andrychów, Koszalin or Ostróda, Gorzów Power Center will be a huge success for our tenants, investors and residents of the city and the region. – says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner Acteeum Central Europe.

Gorzów Power Center is a planned by SHOPP.CITY S.A. shopping center of an extraordinary scale and regional character, unlike any other in the entire Gorzów region. The uniqueness of the project comes from its impressive scale of 20,000 sqm GLA on a plot of approx. 80,000 sqm, the number of shops and the variety of shopping offers, and a great location. The shopping center in Gorzów will also provide customers with approximately 800 parking spaces. It will be located in the immediate vicinity of the independently realized Selgros hypermarket and a petrol station of one of the leading brands.

Extremely important for tenants, customers and investors is the fact that the Gorzów project already has a valid building permit, which allowed to plan the start of construction works for the second half of 2022, and the opening of the facility for the second half of 2023.

– Gorzów Power Center is a great opportunity to expand and strengthen cooperation with our tenants who also join our other developments. As a result, the Gorzów project has already attracted a large group of well-known, popular and respected brands, including clothing, footwear, sports, discounters and a well-known grocery chain, reaching a high level of commercialization one and a half years before the planned opening. We are very pleased to be able to offer another such attractive shopping center to our tenants. – explains Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director in Acteeum Central Europe.

The location of the Gorzów shopping center directly next to the largest residential areas in the city and the currently modernized Walczaka Street, one of the most important thoroughfares of Gorzów, leading both to the city center and constituting the main exit route to the northeast (DK22), which after modernization will become a four-lane road with roundabouts and via the city tram route, it will provide excellent access by car, public transport and tram, which, after the completion of modernization, will conveniently connect the planned Gorzów Power Center.

Gorzów Power Center

Gorzów Power Center will be the first and the largest shopping complex of this type in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the surrounding region. It will be a facility with a total area of over 20,000 sqm of GLA, offering 800 parking spaces. The complex will be constructed on a plot of 8 ha, located at Walczaka Street, one of the main access roads to the city center. The location of the shopping center provides excellent communication with the center of Gorzów and the region.

The Gorzów project already has a valid building permit, and the commencement of construction works is scheduled for the second half of 2022, while the opening of the shopping center is planned for the second half of 2023.
