ACTEEUM Group is a privately owned real estate development and asset management group of companies, which works for professional investors in emerging markets. Its focus is on retail real estate projects in Turkey, Central Europe, CIS and Scandinavia.

Established as of May 1, 2006 with Managing Directors Henrik Stig Møller and Arne Bongenaar, ACTEEUM Group employs a multinational team of highly-skilled development professionals who have gained substantial experience from years of involvement in the biggest shopping center developments in CEE and SEE. Each development will be managed by a local management team supported by a number of group managers thus ensuring that all relevant competences are available in any market at any stage of a development. 

ACTEEUM Group’s long term commitment is also reflected in the remuneration structures it offers its investors and in the terms on which it may co-operate with local partners for specific projects.
