Along with the signing of the latest lease agreements, Acteeum is dynamically heading towards completing the commercialization of the Power Center in Koszalin. New Yorker, CCC and Martes Sport brands have joined the project, enriching the attractive offer of this shopping center.
Acteeum’s Koszalin project is the largest and most modern retail complex in the Koszalin region, with a total area of 38,000 m² and 30 stores. The opening is planned for the second half of 2023.
Koszalin Power Center, developed by Acteeum in cooperation with Falcon Investment Management, Leroy Merlin, SGI and Agata Meble, is reaching the final stage of commercialization. With the signing of the latest lease agreements – with operators of the New Yorker, CCC and Martes Sport brands, the project in Koszalin exceeded 85% of the leased space a year before the planned opening.
The newly signed contracts cover the rental of a total area of over 2,800 m² and greatly enrich the project’s offer. Together with the brands already present in the project – especially from the fashion, footwear, sports, interior design, home and garden segments and Lidl supermarket – the attractiveness of the Power Center in Koszalin is unmatched in the region.
– Along with joining of the New Yorker, CCC and Martes Sport brands to our Koszalin project, we are almost completing the commercialization process of this Power Center. We are glad that brands so well-known and liked by customers have joined us in Koszalin, enriching the shopping offer of the center, and at the same time confirming the commercial attractiveness of the project – says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director, Acteeum Central Europe.
Koszalin Power Center is a facility in the formula of a regional retail park, which will cover the city of Koszalin and the surrounding region. Thanks to the architectural formula, the selection of well-known and popular brands and excellent communication, the project implemented by Acteeum Group in cooperation with Falcon Investment Management, Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and SGI is already permanently embedded in the commercial landscape of Koszalin and the surrounding area.
On the total area of 38,000 m² of GLA the Project will offer a wide range of shops and service premises of various brands. There will be the largest in the region Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket of approx. 12,000 m², a Lidl supermarket with an area of approx. 2,000 m², a full-size and the only in the region furniture store of the Agata Meble chain with an area of approx. 10.000 m² and 30 commercial premises as part of the Retail Park. The tenants of the Koszalin retail park will also include Jysk, Komfort, House, Cropp, Sinsay, Lidl; Rossman, 4F, New Yorker, CCC, Martes Sport and Media Expert.
Koszalin Power Center will also include a gastronomic offer, including a drive-thru restaurant. In addition, for the convenience of customers, the facility will offer a spacious, easily accessible car park for approx. 1100 vehicles and infrastructure ensuring smooth communication within Koszalin and the region.
The center will be constructed directly at the road junction of the S6 expressway connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City and Władysława IV street – the main Koszalin exit road to the seaside. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the urban infrastructure as communication arteries popular among the inhabitants.
