Residential Asset Management

In Poland Acteeum’s initial focus was on retail, but with the retail development market moving to the mature stage, the management board decided to take a closer look at the residential sector. Recent experiences in the Copenhagen and Amsterdam markets inspired the board to investigate the residential market in the 6 largest Polish cities and prepare investment proposals for leading residential investors. As of now Acteeum has secured three plots in three different major cities with a total program of over a 1,000 apartments.

Acteeum initially targets the private rental sector for turnkey delivery of apartment blocks. The company is ready to co-invest in the long term operation of the schemes and conduct the role of lead developer with asset manager and co-investor.
On behalf of private investors Acteeum is scanning the market for blocks for the rental market in Warsaw and Krakow. In cooperation with International Campus Netherlands Acteeum is preparing a business plan for the market for student housing and young urban professionals.
