BIG Konstantynów shopping center is finalizing its target tenant mix. Along with the completion of leasing, construction is progressing according to plan. The opening of the investment is scheduled for October this year.
On Wednesday, 18 February, the official cornerstone laying ceremony took place for the construction of BIG Konstantynów retail park, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in Konstantynów Łódzki.
The cornerstone for the investment was ceremonially laid today, with a honorable participation of noble guests – members of Parliament from Piła, the Local Governor and the Mayor of Piła city.
The most popular and highly anticipated brands will open their stores in the project, which commercialization level – one year before opening – has just exceeded 80%.
On December 1, 2025, a cornerstone laying ceremony was held, officially inaugurating the construction of the of the OTO Park Lubin.
A new, popular tenant – Jysk – has just joined the BIG Piła retail park being developed in Piła by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland.
