BIG Konstantynów shopping center is finalizing its target tenant mix. Along with the completion of leasing, construction is progressing according to plan. The opening of the investment is scheduled for October this year.
The expansion will allow for the opening of a new, stand-alone Popyeys restaurant and the expansion of retail space by additional 4,000 sqm.
On Wednesday, 18 February, the official cornerstone laying ceremony took place for the construction of BIG Konstantynów retail park, developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in Konstantynów Łódzki.
The most anticipated brands, including Agata, Media Expert, Jysk, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Superpharm and Extreme Fitness, will open their stores at the Piła retail park!
The cornerstone for the investment was ceremonially laid today, with a honorable participation of noble guests – members of Parliament from Piła, the Local Governor and the Mayor of Piła city.
Our retail park in Siemianowice Śląskie, which we are developing together with Falcon Investment Management under the OTO Park brand, won the Future Project of the Year category.
