The new Acteeum project – Koszalin Power Center – developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin and Agata Meble has just gained a food anchor. As part of the largest and most modern shopping complex in the Koszalin region, Lidl will open its large-format supermarket with an area of 2,000 sqm, joining the respectable group of well-known and valued tenants. The construction of the Power Center in Koszalin will start this year and the opening is planned for the second half of 2022.
Regional catchment, excellent location and an optimal mix of tenants are the main features of the Power Center in Koszalin, developed by Acteeum in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, SGI and Agata Meble, which make the project very positively perceived by tenants, local community and the investment market in Poland. As a result, the works leading to commencement of the construction stage are already being completed and the Power Center shopping offer is largely concluded and packed with extremely attractive brands.

Koszalin Power Center – facility in the formula of a regional retail park – will cover with its catchment the city of Koszalin and the surrounding region. Thanks to the architectural formula, the selection of well-known and popular brands and excellent communication, the project developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and SGI is already clearly embedded in the commercial landscape of Koszalin and the surrounding area.
On the total area of 38,000 sqm of GLA Koszalin Power Center will offer a wide range of shopping and service opportunities of various brands. It will include the largest Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket in the region, with an area of approx. 12,000 sqm, the Lidl supermarket with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm, full-size and the only in the region furniture store of the Agata Meble chain with an area of approx. 10,000 sqm and 30 shopping premises within the Retail Park, including spacious Rossmann store of 380 sqm area.
Koszalin Power Center will also include a dining offer, including a drive-thru restaurant. In addition, for the convenience of customers, the facility will offer a spacious, easily accessible car park for approx. 1,100 vehicles and infrastructure ensuring smooth communication within Koszalin and the region.
The Power Center will be constructed directly at the road junction of the S6 expressway connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City and Władysława IV street – the main exit route to the Baltic sea. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the local urban infrastructure as communication arteries popular among the inhabitants.
The opening of the project in Koszalin is planned for second half of 2022.
