BIG Piła, a regional retail complex developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, is building its tenant mix in grand style. The most popular and highly anticipated brands, including Agata, Media Expert, Jysk, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Superpharm and Extreme Fitness, will open their stores at the Piła retail park, which commercialization level has just exceeded 90%.
The Piła retail complex, with an ultimate area of 38,000 sqm GLA, is progressing dynamically with construction works, while the opening of the retail park is scheduled for Q4 2026.
The BIG Piła shopping centre, developed in cooperation between Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, is dynamically advancing through the final stage of development. Alongside construction progress, the commercialization of the investment is also at its final stage. Thanks to the advantages of BIG Piła, the significant potential of the local market, as well as effective cooperation between the investors and tenants, many well-known and eagerly awaited brands have secured their presence in the Piła project, including Agata, Media Expert, DM drugstore, Superpharm, Martes Sport, Jysk and Deichmann.
The Piła complex will also welcome a wide range of fashion brands such as HalfPrice, Worldbox, CCC, Ochnik and Sinsay, as well as well-known brands such as Tedi and Pepco. Moreover, Extreme Fitness will open its fitness club at BIG Piła. In the near future, a drive-through restaurant and a fuel station will also be developed within the BIG Piła premises.
– We are very pleased to be so close to the dynamically approaching grand opening of BIG Piła. Thanks to an exceptionally diverse and attractive retail, service, dining and recreational offer — unavailable in such a selection and scale in any other scheme in the region — we are already confident that BIG Piła will become a unique destination for all customers. The outstanding tenant mix, convenient access, user-friendly architecture and numerous customer amenities will secure BIG Piła a lasting position as the region’s retail destination of choice.
– says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.
BIG Piła located at al. Wojska Polskiego in Piła, will be a regional shopping centre with a total area of approximately 38,000 sqm GLA and a catchment of approximately 100,000 residents within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the investment will feature an extensive and highly modern recreational area for children, relaxation zones, and convenient transport solutions ensuring easy access. A wide range of construction and infrastructural solutions aligned with sustainable development requirements are being implemented at BIG Piła, enabling the scheme to obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
The BIG Piła offer will include a diverse mix of fashion, home furnishing, sports, consumer electronics, media, grocery and drugstore brands. Food & beverage and service offerings will also be available, providing a comprehensive response to customer needs.
