The regional retail complex developed by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland in Piła is finalizing its tenant mix. Among the latest and highly anticipated brands joining BIG Piła are Ochnik, Pepco, as well as Xtreme Fitness and Xtreme Kids. As a result, the retail and service offering of the project has now taken its near-final shape. Construction of the Piła complex, which will ultimately provide 38,000 sqm of GLA, is also progressing dynamically, with the opening scheduled for Q4 2026.
As construction progresses, the tenant roster of BIG Piła retail center, developed jointly by Acteeum Group and BIG Poland, is taking its final shape. Among the latest brands having signed lease agreements, further complementing the unparalleled retail and service offering of the Piła development on a regional scale, are Ochnik, Pepco, as well as Xtreme Fitness and Xtreme Kids.
The Xtreme brands, leasing a combined area of 1,280 sqm, will introduce a unique dual concept for the entire region – a state-of-the-art Xtreme Fitness club alongside a full-scale, comprehensively equipped Xtreme Kids active entertainment and play center for children.
In addition, Ochnik will offer customers of BIG Piła a comprehensive fashion assortment in its 510 sqm store, while Pepco, occupying equal 510 sqm area, will provide a wide and affordable range of home furnishings, household goods, clothing and FMCG products.
A drive-thru restaurant and a fuel station are also planned to be developed at BIG Piła soon.

In parallel with the final stage of commercialization, construction works at the site are progressing dynamically. Structural works are currently nearing completion, with internal fit-out and installation within tenant units underway. Construction of access roads and parking areas has also commenced. The project schedule is being consistently followed, with the opening to customers planned for Q4 this year.
BIG Piła, located at Wojska Polskiego avenue in Piła, will be a regional retail centre with a total area of approx. 38,000 sqm GLA and a catchment of around 100,000 residents within a 30-minute drive. The complex will include a retail park of approx. 24,000 sqm GLA, comprising a modern supermarket, an Agata furnishing store, and more than 45 shops of the most anticipated brands in the region, as well as a spacious parking area for approx. 1,200 vehicles.
In addition, the development will include an extensive and highly modern recreational area for children, relaxation zones, and convenient transport solutions ensuring easy access to the site. BIG Piła incorporates numerous construction and infrastructure solutions aligned with sustainable development requirements, enabling the facility to achieve BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
The tenant mix at BIG Piła will feature a wide range of fashion, home furnishing, sports, consumer electronics, media, grocery and drugstore brands. A strong food and beverage and services offering will also be available, providing a comprehensive response to customer needs. The BIG Piła retail center will enhance the surrounding area not only through its diverse retail offer, but also through modern, functional architecture and infrastructure solutions improving the overall transport and accessibility conditions.
The opening of the facility is planned for Q4 2026.
