Brownfield Development

Acteeum Group developed a number of brownfield sites such as in Tomaszów Mazowiecki on the place of the former textile factory Batavia, and in Wołomin, on the site of the former Zakłady Stolarki Budowlanej “Stolbud” factory. Currently the centrally located factory sites in Siemianowice and Gorzów Wielkopolski are under development.

The advantage of brownfield sites lie in their location in the urban area, guaranteeing perfect visibility and accessibility, the connections for gas, electricity, water, sewage and road infrastructure, the historical awareness of the site and its former use in the minds of the public.
