The new Acteeum’s Retail Park being developed in Koszalin together with Leroy Merlin and Agata Meble – attracts the most famous and popular brands on the market. By signing new lease agreements, Koszalin Power Center has enriched its offer in the home & deco and fashion segments. The project was joined by Jysk and Komfort, as well as three brands of the LPP fashion group – House, Cropp and Sinsay.
Acteeum’s Koszalin Retail Park is the largest and most modern retail complex in the Koszalin region, with a total area of 38,000 sqm. and 30 stores. The opening is planned for the first half of 2023.
Acteeum retail park in Koszalin, being developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, SGI and Agata Meble, increases its attractiveness and popularity among tenants every week. Successive lease contracts have been signed, making the shopping offer of Koszalin Power Center significantly strengthened in the home & deco and fashion segments.

Thanks to joining of Jysk and Komfort brands the project, the attractiveness of the retail park will enrich its offer in the field of interior furnishings, design, garden accessories and building materials. Jysk and Komfort, which in premises with an area of 1,370 sqm and 1,050 sqm will provide a comprehensive range of products in the field of interior design, and will complement the offer of Agata Meble and Leroy Merlin, which will be available as part of the Koszalin retail park in the only large-format stores of these brands in the region.
In addition, 3 extremely popular and liked brands of the LPP fashion group – House, Cropp and Sinsay – will open their stores on a total lease area of over 2,200 sqm,, making the attractiveness of the Koszalin Power Center offer unique on the scale of the entire region.

Information about Koszalin Power Center
Koszalin Power Center is a facility in the formula of a regional retail park, which will serve the city of Koszalin and the surrounding region. Thanks to the architectural formula, the selection of well-known and popular brands and excellent communication, the project developed in cooperation with Leroy Merlin, Agata Meble and SGI has already been permanently embedded in the commercial landscape of Koszalin and the surrounding area.
On the total area of 38,000 sqm the facility will offer a wide range of shops and service premises of various brands. There will be the largest construction hypermarket in the region, Leroy Merlin, with an area of approx. 12,000 sqm, a Lidl supermarket with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm, a full-size and the only in the region furniture store of the Agata Meble chain, with an area of approx. 10,000 sqm and 30 commercial premises as part of the Retail Park. Among the tenants of the Koszalin retail park where will also be such brand as Jysk, Komfort, House, Cropp, Sinsay, Lidl; Rossman, 4F and Media Expert.
Koszalin Power Center will also include a restaurant offer, including a drive-thru facility. In addition, for the convenience of customers, the Center will offer a spacious, easily accessible car park for approx. 1100 vehicles and infrastructure ensuring smooth communication within Koszalin and the region.
The Center will be developed directly at the road junction of the S6 expressway connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City and Władysława IV street – the main exit road to the sea. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the municipal infrastructure as communication arteries popular with the inhabitants.
The opening of the project in Koszalin is planned for the first half of 2023.
