Acteeum Group gains momentum entering another year. After an extremely successful 2024, during which three regional shopping parks of over 80,000 sqm of total GLA were completed and opened, Acteeum is entering 2025 with another spectacular portfolio of new projects. Currently, five retail parks are under development – in Siemianowice, Piła, Konstantynów Łódzki, Szczecinek, and Lubin – with a total GLA of over 100,000 sqm.

Acteeum’s success is reflected not only in the vast amount of leasable GLA offered to tenants, excellent locations, quality and functionality of the projects being developed, but also in highly impressive commercialization achieved well ahead of the opening of the individual shopping centers.

In developing shopping center projects, Acteeum Group comprehensively manages the entire investment process – from an in-depth analysis and understanding of the regional market and securing the appropriate land for development, through the design, construction, and commercialization stages, all the way to the management and sale of the operating facilities.

Acteeum ensures the selection of optimal locations that consider transportation and urban planning constraints and opportunities, as well as the long-term development prospects of cities and their regions. The company also places a strong emphasis on understanding the local market – including shopper preferences, purchasing power, and everyday lifestyle needs – to accurately address the practical expectations of the local community.

This comprehensive approach to project development has proven its effectiveness over the past year. In 2024, three newly opened regional shopping parks achieved tremendous success. OTO Park Koszalin, with a GLA of 38,000 sqm developed in partnership with Falcon Investment Management welcomed its customers in the spring, while in August the ceremonial openings of the BIG-branded shopping parks in Gorzów Wielkopolski and Ostróda took place, each with a GLA of 25,000 sqm.

Entering the new year, Acteeum is pumping the momentum even further! The development plans for this year are simply spectacular, featuring no less than five additional retail projects.

We’re starting the new year with incredible momentum! Not later than this month we’re starting the construction works of a retail park in Siemianowice Śląskie, developed jointly with Falcon Investment Management, which – under the OTO Park brand – will launch 18,000 sqm of GLA in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. Shortly after, we’ll kick off the construction of four more regional shopping centers in Piła, Konstantynów Łódzki, Szczecinek, and Lubin. We’re extremely proud that 2025 is the year when the scale of our ongoing projects exceeds the symbolic figure of 100,000 sqm of GLA.
says Tomasz Szewczyk, Managing Partner of Acteeum Group

Acteeum’s projects – both those opened in 2024 and those currently under development – are executed with a strong emphasis on environmental and sustainable development aspects. All of these projects successfully undergo BREEAM certification, and notably, BIG Gorzów, which opened in August 2024, became an icon of the retail market by obtaining the BREEAM Excellent certificate as the first shopping park of its size in Poland.

Acteeum’s experience and relationships with its tenants ensure that all the retail parks in its portfolio lead the market in terms of tenant mix. This, in turn, provides a unique and attractive shopping offer for customers and results in unequivocal commercial success for all project participants.

Following the success of previous projects, the developments in Siemianowice Śląskie, Piła, Konstantynów, Szczecinek, and Lubin will be developed as modern and functional retail parks that meet both the shopping and lifestyle expectations of customers. The shopping centers will offer a wide range of retail and service outlets from various brands, a rich culinary selection, modern grocery markets, and extensive, convenient parking areas, ensuring seamless connectivity with both the immediate vicinity and the broader surroundings.

In addition to their modern and functional architecture and well-thought-out transportation solutions, Acteeum places special emphasis on ensuring that these projects adhere to the best ESG practices. Acteeum’s developments optimize the use of natural resources and energy, while also ensuring a harmonious integration with the surrounding land.
