Summer months have been a busy time for the regional Power Center in Gorzów, developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis. A noble group of well-known and popular brands has joined the group of tenants of the Gorzów project, including Cropp, House, Jysk, Diverse, Tedi, and Maxi Zoo. The construction works of the 25,000 m² center in Gorzów will begin in autumn 2023, and the opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

The regional shopping center in Gorzów Wielkopolski, developed by Acteeum together with Equilis, attracts the most well-known and popular brands on the market, creating an extremely attractive shopping offer for its future customers. Thanks to the recently signed agreements, the Cropp, House, Jysk, Diverse, Tedi and Maxi Zoo brands have joined the tenants of the Gorzów Power Center.

The stores of the new tenants perfectly fit into the already compiled offering of the shopping center and will make it available in a location extremely convenient for the inhabitants of Gorzów and the region. The newly-joining brands cover a total lease area of almost 3,700 sqm and along with other brands that have already signed their lease agreements – e.g. Sinsay, Decathlon, Biedronka, CCC, HalfPrice, New Yorker and Martes Sport – they already form an almost complete shopping offer of the Gorzów project.

– The exceptional interest in our project in Gorzów is the result of both the fantastic advantages of the emerging shopping center and the excellent cooperation and trust that characterize our relations with tenants. Therefore, the lease agreements with further well-known and popular brands that we have concluded in recent weeks are extremely satisfying. Our project has just been joined by the fashion brands of the LPP group and Diverse, as well as others, making the shopping offer of the Gorzów Power Center unmatched both in the city and in the region. At the same time, we are also finalizing the last contracts, thanks to which the commercialization of the facility will take its final shape. – says Tomasz Jopkiewicz, Leasing Director of Acteeum Central Europe.

The project in Gorzów is a shopping center designed with an extraordinary scale and quality of a regional character, which has not been seen in the entire region so far, having a valid building permit. The uniqueness of the project is ensured by its scale, 25,000 sqm of GLA, the multitude, variety and attractiveness of the stores, as well as its excellent location. The Gorzów shopping center will also provide customers with 800 parking spaces. It will be built in the immediate vicinity of the Selgros hypermarket, which is being developed independently, and a petrol station of a leading brand.
