Acteeum Group undertakes the entire investment and development processes of commercial facilities throughout Poland. Having the shopping centers in Krosno, Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Wołomin, Stalowa Wola or Elbląg opened in recent years, and current projects in Chełm and Andrychów under development, Acteeum enriches its portfolio with a new project, this time in Koszalin.
Koszalin Power Center will be part of the first and at the same time the largest retail complex of this type in the region, with a total area of over 37,000 sqm GLA, located on a 11 ha plot, developed jointly with Leroy Merlin. Its offer will include, among others, the Leroy Merlin DIY hypermarket, Agata Meble large-area furniture store, a large grocery operator, well-known fashion stores, popular discount chains and the American gastronomic chain with a drive-thru function.
Its perfect location will ensure an efficient and comfortable shopping. The center will be located directly at the junction of the S6 expressway connecting Szczecin with the Tri-City and the Władysława IV street – the main exit road to the sea. Both roads are not only the main national routes, but also fit into the urban infrastructure as popular communication arteries.
268 thousand residents of the city and the region will be able to reach the center within 30 minutes of car drive.
Koszalin Power Center will open new shopping opportunities and supplement the offer of shopping facilities located in the city. The facility will attract customers not only by its location, but also by a concept enabling various categories shopping in one spot. Direct access from the parking lot to each store will ensure convenient and comfortable shopping in a much shorter time than in other shopping galleries.
The tenants opening their stores in the Koszalin center are being attracted by excellent location, comprehensive offer, shopping convenience and significantly lower operating costs than in a typical retail gallery. The new center will host popular brands, currently missing in the Koszalin area.
The opening of the Koszalin project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.
– We are convinced that thanks to the excellent location of Power Center, comprehensive and optimally composed mix of tenants and exemplary relationships with the local community, our new Koszalin project will be a success from the investment perspective, as well as from the tenants’ and customers’ alike. Our conviction gets confirmation by the fact that currently, more than a year and a half before opening, we have a confirmed list of tenants opening their stores in our project – explains Mariusz Kowalczyk Leasing Director at Acteeum Central Europe
