Thanks to the recent lease agreements, the shopping offer of the new retail park in Gorzów, developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis, was enriched with another three popular brands. Smyk, dm drugstore and 4F will open their stores in the regional shopping center currently under construction in Gorzów. As the result, the shopping assortment available in the facility will become unrivaled.

Construction of a facility in Gorzów with a total area of 25,000. sqm GLA, which opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024, is progressing dynamically and according to schedule.

 

The Gorzów retail park developed jointly by Acteeum and Equilis is the largest and most modern regional shopping complex, with a total area of 25,000 sqm whare over 30 stores will be established. The opening of the facility built in the power center format is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024, and the commercialization process is being finalized.

Three well-known and popular brands – Smyk, dm drugstore and 4F – secured the opening of their stores in the emerging Gorzów power center. Smyk in a store with an area of 550 m² will offer a comprehensive range of children’s products, dm drugstore in a store with an area of 610 m², will provide an extremely wide selection of drugstore goods at affordable prices, while 4F, in a showroom with an area of 300 m². will provide customers with comprehensive range of sports clothing, footwear and accessories.

Smyk, dm and 4F along with other brands that have already signed their lease agreements – including: Jula, Sinsay, Decathlon, Biedronka, CCC, HalfPrice, New Yorker, Martes Sport, Cropp, House, Jysk, Diverse, Tedi, and Maxi Zoo – create an almost complete offer of the Gorzów shopping center.

Gorzów power center

Gorzów power center, will be the first and at the same time the largest shopping complex of its kind in Gorzów Wielkopolski and the surrounding region. The complex will be built on a plot of 8 hectares, located on Walczaka Street, one of the main entrance roads to the city center. The location of the shopping center provides excellent transport links to the center of Gorzow and the entire region. It will be constructed in the immediate vicinity of an independently developed Selgros hypermarket and a gas station of a leading brand. 

The Gorzow retail park, with a total area of 25,000 sqm GLA, will offer everything customers need – from a modern and spacious Biedronka supermarket of 1,300 sqm GLA, through a wide range of fashion stores such as Sinsay, Cropp, House, Diverse, HalfPrice, New Yorker or CCC, sports brands such as. Decathlon, 4F or Martes Sport, drugstore like dm, DYI and home&deco brands like Jula or Jysk to a consumer electronics store, Smyk, Tedi store and Maxi Zoo. The Gorzów power center will include about 800 parking spaces and infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. The project will also include zones for relaxation, entertainment, children’s games, food and beverage, as well as many interesting small architecture solutions.

The Gorzów retail park construction works have started in September and the opening is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
