ACTEEUM Group, BPI Real Estate Poland and general contractor CFE Polska celebrated the topping out at the wolaRE estate. The ceremony took place at the construction site of the investment in Warsaw’s Wola district, only 10 months after the start of construction. The construction works of the wolaRe project proceed according to the schedule, and the completion date is planned for 2020.

 

Representatives of ACTEEUM Group and BPI Real Estate Poland jointly developing the Warsaw wolaRE project, together with CFE, the general contractor of the investment, celebrated the completion of the construction of all above-ground floors. wolaRE is another project developed in Poland as part of the cooperation of these companies. The general contractor of the investment delivers the construction works according to its schedule, with installation and finishing works being currently underway.

wolaRE is a modern 6-storey building developed at ul. Ostroroga 21 in Warsaw. It will feature 231 apartment with attractive layouts and areas between 28 and 83 sqm. Each apartment will have a balcony or loggia. The project architecture is tailored to the district’s buildings and is the second joint venture of BPI and Acteeum – after the Vilda Park in Poznań.

The construction of the wolaRE began in December 2018 and is expected to be completed in 2020. The general contractor for the project is CFE Polska.

In the immediate vicinity of this project, another capital investment by a Belgian developer – Wola Libre – is being built, which is distinguished by a transparent remediation process, i.e. the cleaning of the land preceding the construction of residential buildings. BPI Real Estate also successfully operates on the Gdansk real estate market, where the Four Oceans housing complex was developed. 708 apartments were built and sold as part of the four stages of the investment. Currently developed BPI Real Estate investments in Poland are the Bulwary Książęce complex under construction at ul. Księcia Witolda 11 in Wrocław and Vilda Park in Poznań at ul. Droga Dębińska. The developer’s two latest projects are being implemented in Warsaw. The first of them, called Barska Residence, is being built in Ochota. Another is the wolaRE investment carried out in Warsaw’s Wola as part of cooperation with the ACTEEUM Group.
